  3. Morning, Slawek&Katia. I can imagine your heavy mornings! haha
Today I took a walk around and enjoyed cherry blossoms(see my FB).
    https://www.facebook.com/mami.kanaya.528
I guess full bloom (‘mankai’ in Japanese) will be reached by this weekend. 🙂
    It’s a sign of spring…

BTW, did you know white birch juice? I hear it’s a kind of ”seasonal drink” for regions of the high-latitude northern hemisphere. IF you tried it, please tell me its taste. 🙂

  6. Hi, Dado. Fattah looks so delicious! I will make it in a small amount because of for two of us, me and my husband (not including Shams). By the way, do you know how to make Arabic coffee? I like it very much (also turkish coffee in Arabic fashon (with cardamon)) . When I lived in Jordan, I asked it for some friends, but they said they buy it in a coffee shop recently and told its idea that supernatant liquid of boiled coffee (with cardamon) is taken and then its liquid is boiled again and this work is repeaded some times. I couldn’t get detail procedure. If some one knows how to make it, please teach me!

    • Hi Miho 🙂 I am glad because of your love for Arabic coffee drink it already has a distinctive flavor, in fact, I reviewed Website Arabic specializes in Arabic coffee and this is the traditional recipe I’ve translated for you. In fact, I bought coffee from allocated stores, but you can try it

      Arabic coffee :
      Ingredients :
      three tablespoons of coffee.
Three tablespoons of ground cardamom softly.
      Three cups of water.
      A quarter teaspoon of saffron.

      Preparation:

put water in a clean dedicated to the work of the coffee pot; take coffee because of the taste of anything placed in it, and put water in it and leave it on the fire until it boils. After the water boils we add coffee to it, and let it boil over low heat for a quarter of an hour, then snuff of fire under the coffee. Coffee leave even stagnate and concentrated coarse components in the bottom of the bowl. We are developing ground cardamom and saffron in Dallah coffee, then pour coffee after filtered over cardamom and saffron, close the coffeepot to maintain coffee temperature, and wait a little bit before they are submitted.

      enjoy it 🙂

      • Thank you, Dado! I think well-roasted beans of coffee should be better to use, shouldn’t be. For example, like coffee beans for espresso, if I buy beans at a coffee shop. And saffron…I didn’t know it is one of the ingredients. Now I can make Arabic coffeeeee thanks to you. You brought me a precious seed of happiness in my life.
